How to add additional seats to Asana Organization

This guide will walk you through adding additional seats to your Asana Organization.

Prerequisites:

  1. You must have a 'Billing Owner' Asana account.

Notes:

  1. A seat in Asana gets occupied once a new member, with the same email domain as the original user who set up the Asana account, is added.
  1. Only Billing Owners are authorized to add seats.

Steps:

  1. Sign in to Asana.
  1. Click on your avatar located at the top right corner.
  1. Select "Admin Console" from the dropdown.
  1. In the Admin Console, select "Billing" from the left side menu.
  1. Navigate to the "Plan Details" page and adjust the number of seats:
  1. For 0 to 20 seats, you can add in increments of 5, 10, 15, or 20.
  1. Beyond 20 seats, you can add in increments of 10.
  1. Choose your desired plan size using the "Seats" dropdown menu.
  1. Pick your preferred payment method.
  1. Click "Add seats" to finalize the changes.
